Dear Guests,
We look forward to renting you our townhouse, however we ask that you and your family and friends heed our terms and rules for use. We feel these terms are reasonable, in keeping with today’s accepted practices and behaviour. We hope that you have an enjoyable and memorable visit!
Terms:
- Deposit of €300.00 (to hold booking) plus full rental amount required on arrival. Cash or valid VISA credit card accepted. If booking is cancelled with in one week of arrival deposit is forfited.
- Deposit will be returned following return of keys, garage opener, and satisfactory inspection of unit on day of departure.
- Loss of keys and/or damaged or missing items will be deducted from deposit.
- Maximum guests allowable are six.
- No animals please.
- As this is a family complex, loud or unruly behaviour in the townhouse or pool area will not be tolerated. Offenders will be asked to vacate the unit forfeiting their deposit and balance of rental fee.
- Glass containers and alcohol are not permitted in the pool area.
- Please ensure the unit is as clean as you found it, with all garbage removed prior to departure.
